Journal Register News Service WEST CHESTER — John deGlavina, a 2006 West Chester University graduate, began an interactive Web site for cell phone users during his freshman year and today the site receives about a million unique visitors a month, according to Google Analytics, and is ranked among the top 10,000 Web sites in the U.S., according to Alexa Internet Inc.
